Everything that we are begins deep within our inner world. Our subconscious processes many things continuously, as we connect with our experiences. To optimize our inner growth and manifest our desired results, we need to take time for an inner study; to understand what is really going on in our world, and how we feel about that.
When we better understand what is happening, and how that makes us feel, we can bring the subconscious process into a conscious reality. In a conscious reality we can choose what experiences we want to allow impacting us, as we consciously manifest our desired reality.
Basically, we are embracing our emotions and accepting them as being valid expressions of who we are. We are observing our thoughts and feelings mindfully to better understand who we are, and how we perceive the experiences we are having. We are contemplating how our thoughts, feelings and experiences inter relate to form our inner phaneron.
To create the reality you want to experience, it is essential to deeply understand yourself, and to love, forgive and accept every part of yourself. If you are rejecting a part of yourself as being unacceptable, or unlovable you will mirror this perception onto others who reflect the part of you that you hate, and you will treat them with hate, abuse and neglect.
What we love about ourselves we will love about others, what we hate about ourselves we will hate about others. Often this is a very subconscious process that we are unaware of. Whether we are conscious of this process or not, it is the root of how we treat ourselves and all others. We need to understand that we all inter-are. We all relate to and impact each other.
Why is this important, for creating the life you want to manifest you may ask? Very simply put, we create from our inner being. If we have a lot of garbage in there, that is what we will manifest. If we clean things up and build spiritually with love as our guide, we can create inner treasure that will be able to reflect into our outer world. We will then be able to manifest positive experiences of great worth for our body, mind and spirit.
Consider this quote from the Great Carpenter Jesus of Nazareth, as written in Luke 6:45. “The good man brings good things out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. ”
Think about what treasures are of real and lasting value for you? Jesus also known as Yeshua said in Matthew 6:19, “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourself treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.” (http://biblehub.com/matthew/6-19.htm)
I really like this beautiful thought expressed by Thich Nhat Hanh.
“You are what you want to become. Why search anymore? You are a wonderful manifestation. The whole universe has come together to make your existence possible. There is nothing that is not you. The kingdom of God, the Pure Land, nirvana, happiness and liberation are all you.”
Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati said on this subject, “Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.”
May I caution you in the words of Carl Jung “There is no coming to consciousness without pain?”
Maya Angelou said “History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.”

In conclusion I wish to add that in order to grow we all experience pain. Often we will experience the greatest growth during our darkest and most painful times. I pray that as you journey inward to develop your inner treasures of incomparable worth; that both your inner being, and the outward manifestations you create, will bless you and all those with whom you co-create.
Namaste. May you be blessed with the warmth of love, the comfort of kindness, the light of truth, and the joy of freedom.
